For Kaiser Permanente (KP) members in Northern California, Colorado, Hawaii, Mid-Atlantic States (Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.), Oregon, and SW Washington, the My KP Meds app offers a convenient solution for managing medications.

Designed to help you and your family take medications at the right time, My KP Meds simplifies the process and keeps you on track. By importing your list of KP medications, this app creates customizable reminders that align with your schedule. The refill feature allows you to easily reorder prescriptions directly from your phone.

The app provides a range of features to ensure medication management is effortless:

• View your current KP medications
• Create personalized medication reminders
• Set refill reminders
• Receive reminders without needing to sign in
• Order prescription refills with ease
• Track medication history for better understanding
• View photos of your medications to prevent errors
• Take advantage of in-app guide to explore additional features

In addition, if you have caregiver access for other KP members, My KP Meds allows you to manage their medication lists, schedules, and histories as well. To set up proxy access for managing others' medication information, visit Kp.org/actforfamily.

To get started with My KP Meds, simply download and launch the app using your kp.org user ID and password. If you haven't created an account yet, tap "Sign-In Help" at the top of the screen and follow the prompts.
